43工具错误,未知的USB设备的代码

HI,

I am getting this Unknown "USB device(DEVICE DESCRIPTOR REQUEST FAILED) code 43 error when I try to connect my EMulator to the PC, Can anyone please let me know how to overcome this error. I am using DA14580 IC.
