Dialog Smartbond Bluetooth Low Energy – Hardware (device & reference designs)

Hi my name is Kevin, I'm designing bluetooth receiver. I try to design my own moudle using Dialog which I enclose with this post.

When I try my module, the SPI Flash is working but the installed IC DA 14580 doesn't work & it coudn't be detected by Smart Snippets
Note: while I check the voltage output on the IC, the voltage is exist and it's shown 3.3 volt

can you help me to supervise my design? And Is the problem caused by the design or something else?
I am gonna use this module for my whole project, so I do really need Dialog CS to help me overide this problem.
