BLE Cannot Detect at IOS but can detect at Android /Windows

Hi Dialog Engineers,

BLE Application Peripheral Code on MCU DA14585 cannot be scanned at IOS but can with Android and Windows.

MCU : Dialog DA14585

BD address is :

define CFG_NVDS_TAG_BD_ADDRESS {0x03, 0x00, 0x70, 0xCA, 0xEA, 0x80}

I follow example code from DA14585_SDK\6.0.10.511\projects\target_apps\ble_examples\ble_app_peripheral.

May I know what is going wrong? Is it need to configure BD address?

Observation : 1. can scanned with Android and Windows. 2. cannot be scanned by Iphone/ Ipad IOS

Hi Dialog engineers,

I follow example code from DA14585_SDK\6.0.10.511\projects\target_apps\ble_examples\ble_app_peripheral.

After compile and flash into to my DA14585 at daughter board, the BLE is able be detected but not able to pair.

I try to follow step from slide from

Tutorial 5 : Pairing , Bonding & Security

but I have a few problem in below:

1. I can not find the document as mentioned in slide 2 for "Trainingmaterial2" .

Hi Dialog Engineers,

We are using DA14585 custom board designed by us. It has external MX25R2035F SPI flash chip connected.
The SPI line connected are at using P0_0, P0_3, P0_5 & P0_6.

1. For creation of a secondary bootloader UM-B-012, does DA14585 refer toUM-B-012 DA14580/581/583 Creation of a secondary boot loader? If no, please provide the correct one.

Hello Everyone, I am a Java Developer. I am developing an IOT application, where I need to attach a small sized battery operated accelerometer to an object to sense its motion.

I need my Android phone to act as a gateway which pushes the accelerometer data to AWS. Do you think that DA14585 IoT Multi-Sensor

i find some of characterstics are in BLE are not known.

please help what is the purpose of it and what is its use in ble communication..for what purpose they are used ??

Hi,

Customer of mine intend to use DA14585 to design a voice recording device (sort of hands-free like device) and then output the recorded voice via BT.

- Please advise if DA14585 able to do so? or should I consider DA1468x?

- Is there any audio profile in DA14585?

- In pg130 of Datasheet, PDM support stereo stream. Could you help me to understand more on this?
