I am using DA14583, and when I use Smart Snippets to download my hex file, it shows that Read 0 bytes from file XX.hex, XXX bytes have been ignored 'because their record address was greater or equal to 0x8000'.
This blocks my development, Could you help me please? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
We are planning on using the PAN1740 module in one of our modules, however I am unable to download any Software user manual, or Smart Snippets software from the support website. I have accepted the terms and conditions for a restricted download and still haven't received any notification enabling me to download.
I have to test our proof of concept fairly soon but I am reluctant to order any hardware without knowing that there is valid support software available.
I would really appreciate if some one can help me sort this issue out.

Hi, I am trying to download the tools smart snippets and connection manager but cannot find any link that works. Are the software tools already included in SDK if so then provide the instructions on how to install them.
Development tools for DA14580 custom board
Hello Support Team,
I am working with a board that includes a DA14580-based module and an external microcontroller.
第一次尝试做some BTLE development for that board, I would like to implement the Serial Port Service (DSPS) Application. To that aim, I would like to clarify a few points. Can you help please ?
1) As I understand it, it is highly recommended (if not mandatory) to use the KEIL toolchain to build the DSPS reference project (and this is true for all DA14580 reference codes provided by Dialog). Correct ?
