project creation

Hi there,
I am going through the instructions of this manual:http://www.keil.com/product/brochures/uv4.pdf

I created a project and chose the ARM cortex m0 chip. The problem is that there is no generated start-up code, I only have an empty folder.

Any idea on what I could be doing wrong?
