installer da14531 smart snippets studio

Hi,

I have trouble running "SmartSnippets_Studio_v2.0.10.1468_windows" installer from DA14531 subpage. Using latest Windows 10 Enterprise.

I didn't encounter any problem installing other software on my PC.
