As I understand that Basic Development Kit can load custom software to DA1580 that placed on it.
When I finished to debug and now I need load my binaries to my device.
Are it`s possible to programming external boards With Basic Development Kit ?

Yes its possible you can use the basic kit, there is no app note for this. But you can connect your custom's board SWD pins with the basic kit and program your board. You can find the schematics of the basic kit at the below link.
