Program new chip using fh_proxr_sdk non-permanently

我上运行fh_proxr_sdk Basic Dev kit and would like to run it on a custom board designed with the same chip. I am trying to program it using the debug session in Keil. I've connected VBAT3V to 3V, GND to ground, SWDIO and SW_CLK to the corresponding pins on the dev kit, and in Keil I get that the device is not detected, but it works on the dev board. What am I missing, thanks!
