OTP failing sdk 3.0.10.1

(repost need urgent support )

I am trying to OTP pan1740 using jlink

I am getting following error (this error never occurred when programming with previous sdks) :

Failed writing bytes at address 20000000.
Memory burning Failed.

Any suggestions?

I am using SmartSnippets 3.8

I also want to confirm my compilation options

#define READ_NVDS_STRUCT_FROM_OTP ( this means i don't have to program nvds in smart snippets tool)

#define CFG_USE_DEFAULT_XTAL16M_TRIM_VALUE_IF_NOT_CALIBRATED

and for otp header :

Application flag 1& 2 -->yes
Remapping flag --> otp at 0
DMA length ---> 0x1fff ( is there as explation for this)
jtag enable falg -->jtag disable

am i missing something please respond as soon as possible.

Hi mohit3112,

I dont think that your settings are the cause of the problem, you can find information about the DMA in the AN-B-020 document, according to the document the maximum value of DMA length is 1FC0 so that the complete OTP will be copied into the sysram. Which version of smart snippets you are using ?

Hi Mohit,

Hi Mohit,
which Hardware are you using? The USB-Dongle is write protected and can not be used for burning the OTP.
