memory selection for the SUOTA

we are willing to use i2c eeprom for suota , only eeprom that is supported is m24m01-r but it does not provides the pacakage we need (UDFN-8) , we found a memory that has same oganisation as the m24m01-R that is CAT24M01HU5I-GT3 can we use this memory for serial booting as well as suota update.

We haven't test this kind of memory so we cant verify that it will work, but i can't see any reason why it shouldn't.
