I want to install Smartsnippts win32, but the systerm shows the following tip:
“注册表是指一个不存在的JavaRuntime Environment installation
or the runtime is corrupted.“
My systerm is windows XP Professional 2002
Could you tell me the reason?

Hi THere, all the tools have been developed to work on WIN 7 as XP is now end of life. We don't have any old XP machines to try right now.

It sounds like your machine is having JAVA runtime problems : this may be down to incompatability with the JAVA support for WIN7 and that of XP. I don;t know of any way to fix that unfortuntaly other than run an WIN7 machine.

I am getting the exact same error on a Win7 machine... but I am trying to install Connection Manager

is there a win64 version???

There is no x64bit version for the connection Manager application, but the x32 version it should run fine on the a 64-bit PC. I guess that the problem is java related, so i guess that the best thing to do is update your java installation. I am able to run Connection Manager on a x64 PC/Operating system and my java version is version 8 Update 91 (build 1.8.0_91-b14).
