Programmer Board for DA9062

I would like to know where I can buy, rent, or steal a DA9062 Programmer Board, 232-18-A as discussed in the In Circuit Programming Guide for the DA9061/2/3? I have seen the DA9061_2_3 ICP KIT advertised for sale at Avnet, but I have no idea what is in that kit and I cannot find any documentation about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
