OTP Programming of 100 PAN1740

we are in manufacturing stage of our devices and we need support for OTP of at least 100 PAN1740. For first 16 we tried to solder wire on the PAN1740 pads and this process is causing
a lot of errors (mostly with the lose wire). we have in-system programming pads but cause density of our board is really high soldering the wires on that pads are affecting other components.

We have purchased 100 PAN1740 if possible we need a programmer or programming solution(an attachment for PAN1740) that we can use to otp those boards.

any help or suggestions will be really helpful
