I am wanting to develop an application using the DA14580 and communicate with it via a mobile phone - Android App. I have searched through the Dialgo Semi documentation, and it is un clear as to how to achieve this - developing my own Android App. Could you please advise how this can occur? I.e. which Android development environment would I use? Is there sample code for this? Maybe the source code for DSDS can be modified - but in which dev environment? Please advise where I could find documentation on this.
Thanks
Timothy

Hi eclipzd,
If you are requesting information on how to develop an Android application, this is out of the scope of this forum, Dialog provides the BLE SoC so we provide information and support only for the firmware developent on the provided chips. For developing an android application you need the Android Studio and i suppose that you are going to be able to find info regarding Android and BLE development on the net. Upon request i can provide you the source code of the DSPS.

Hi adamchan78,
The source codes for the android and iOS applications are not longer provided via mail, but they are uploaded on the support site, please go to "Products" at the "Software & Tools" tab and in the mobile section you will be able to find the source codes of all the available Android/iOS applications developed by Dialog.
Thanks MT_Dialog
