Installed SmartSnippets_Studio_v1.2.3.588_windows.msi on d: drive. Installer runs without issues,
SmartSnippet studio does not launch but instead shows the following dialog:
"The SmartSnippets_Studio executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library"
How do I install the tools correctly?

We haven't faced anything similar, the installation procedure hasn't got any peculiarities, i mean more than a standard eclipse installation, i ve made a quick google search for the "executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library" i could find some potential issues about what you are facing related to eclipse itself or the unzipping program for extracting the files or the even the java version installed.
