关于设置智能片段

Hi Dialog,

I try to start reinstall my smart snippets, all the old installed programs are removed. But when I install again it pop out the following error, it means it can not install the jlink tools with the setup program.

Could you please help with it?

Thanks for your question online. Can you please indicate the version of the SmartSnippets Studio you are trying to install? We strongly recommend using the latest version -SmartSnippets Studio V2.0.14 for Windows OS.

Additionally, would it be possible to share a screenshot with the error?

Installation guidelines can be found in theUM-B-057 SmartSnippets Studio User Manual.

Hi,

Even after I put my window into the factory reset, same error happens. Before when I try to install the smart snippet is fine on the same PC one week ago.
