Software Licensing Agreement Problem

Hi,
I'm a wearable developer in Harbin, China. I'm currently working on a project using DA14583 . I know basic information about BLE and I seriously need "SDK5.0.4 for DA14580/1/2/3" and "UM-B-050 : DA1458x Software Developers Guide (SDK5)" to help me begin my design. I already agree to the Low Power Connectivity Software Licensing Agreement for several times, but I didn't got any confirm e-mail. I changed my email address once but it didn't work either.I wonder if there is something wrong with my email account or there is something else needed to get restricted resources? Help me please.
