Does wake up is possible from extended sleep mode with interruption from timer0 ?

No, the timer 0 is shut off when the device goes to sleep, you can only wake up the device either via Timer1 (which means by using the FREE RTOS timers that use the Timer1 and under no circustances you should not mess with the timer 1 itself) or the BLE timer (used to measure the timing of the BLE events) or via the wake up timer of the VBUS.
