Hi, I'm testing uart example (5.0.4\projects\target_apps\peripheral_examples\uart\Keil_5). whenever I try to download the source code to the board, Keil notify me with an error " --- Error: failed to execute ' ' ", the example will only run while debugging.

Have you done any modifications in the UART project? I would suggest you to work on a new SDK directory. All the project should run without any modifications. Are you able to download fw when working on a new – clean SDK directory?

If yes, pls try uninstall your keil-mdk and re install it in the root directory, for example, C:\

I'm not sure. But, I can build and load my code easily with STM32f407 board and tivaC board. So i think it is not a Keil error

Are you going to download the code to your board by pressing Keil 'Download(F8)' button?
It's impossible because there is not a FLASH in DA14580
