software license

We'd appreciate it if you tell us the following three points about software license.

1.SDK(5.0.4) contains BLE STACK produced by Riviera Waves which has been acquired by CEVA.
Is it possible to develop and sell our products without permission by CEVA company?

2.FreeRTOS(GPL license) is used for its BLE STACK.
Is there a mandatory to open source codes? If not, are there any other things we have to do?

3.Is there any other Open Source Software included in SDK(5.0.4)?

Hi THere,

I can confirm that you are able to sell your product containing the BLE Stack IP inside the DA1458x devices. Distribution of the IP as compiled binary when used on our devices is permissble under the temrs of the Software License Agreement that you would accept when downloading the SDK/Tools. Please see section 1.1.1 in the attached SLA copy.

With regard to FreeRTOS : this is no tused on the DA14580 inside the Murata module (or any DA1458x series) .

All other open source softwares are listed within the software license agreement.
