Is it possible to have 2 sensors connecting to the app & streaming data simultaneously?
If possible, how can I achieve it with your dialog sample iOS app?

Your description is quite generic, so could you please clarify your question in order to provide you the correct guidance? As I am able to understand from your description, do you want to send the data of the sensors via notifications at the same time? Did I understand correctly? Be aware that you are not able to send more than one notification at the same time. Please, provide us more information about your problem.

That is correct.
Here is what we want to achieve:
We want to measure the arm movement of the user. The user will wear 2 sensors on the arms, 1 at each side.
Each sensor will stream the data of the accelerometer & gyroscope to the app.
Is it possible to have the app receiving the data from both of the sensors at the same time?
If we want to achieve that with the sample iOS app, how shall we adjust the app to achieve it?

Your description is still quite generic. As I am able to understand, the question is referred to the application running on iOS, so I am not in a position to provide you the correct guidance in order to adjust it. Do you want to send the data from both of the sensors via notifications at the same time? Be aware that according to BLE specs, you are not able to send more than one notification at the same time. If you want something like that, you have to find an implementation using timestamps and synchronize your data/. But we do not have any implementation like that.
