If is necessary to add ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE while enable suota?

If is necessary to add ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE while enable suota?

Hi，Dialog:
We want to enable suota on our product,but i find there is no position to add ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE ("fef5") cause we have so many data to advertise, before we enable suota ,length of the advertise data is 3+28.We tried to enable suota without ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE ,but the app of your suota can not scan out of the device,If this service just used for your app?

I you don’t place the ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE into the advertising data, the SUOTA application cannot scan out of the device, so yes it is necessary to add them. Please, try to place the ADV_UUID_SUOTAR_SERVICE into the scan response data (USER_ADVERTISE_SCAN_RESPONSE_DATA).
