Galaxy Fit cannot be shown in SUOTA iOS application

Hello Dialog Engineers!

We installed SUOTA Dialog iOS application (for iPhone).
But we cannot connect (cannot show) Galaxy Fit device (chip DA1469x) with this application.

although we connected BLE of device and BLE of iPhone X through nRF Connect iOS application ( Bluetooth sections in Phone showed the connected Galaxy Fit status),

and copied .img to SUOTA documents through iTune.

请帮我连接t /显示星系合适设备o this application.
