Cli_progammer and uartboot

Hi, i am testing on using the cli_programmer to load the uartboot.bin to the DA14683 DK RAM using the below command:

./cli_programmer.exe -b uartboot.bin COM4 boot

The board is fresh board without any program in the OTP or external flash, my goal is to run the uartboot.bin in the RAM. When the command is executed, i getting the below output error:
