I would like to know if there is provision in dialog chipset for booting from RAM itself, other than from flash or EEPROM. If so, please suggest the possible methods to do so.
I am not sure what is that you have in mind, RAM is a volatile memory, it cannot retain data when there is no power, thats why you need to boot from a non-volatile memory like the OTP, a flash memory, etc. You cannot have fw burned in the RAM so that the device will directly boot from there.
