I have a digit signal logic 1 is about 1.5 V and logic 0 is 0 V, I want to know if it's possible for me input this signal in a system with 3.3 V power supply.
Driving a 3.3V logic with a 1.5V signal is unlikely to be possible without level shifting. 1.5V cannot pass VIHof 3.3V thus won't be effective as input high.
