PCB layout guidelines for DA14681 WLCSP package

I would like some guidelines/recommendations for designing the PCB artwork for DA14681 in the WLCSP package.
The package and pad details are in the datasheet.
I have not found any info on recommended solder mask patterns or signal fanout. It appears that in-pad micro-vias will be needed.
