PCB Antenna for custom design

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am designing a custom pcb, in which i am going to use a PCB antenna. I am taking the reference of the application note, an-b-027_designing_printed_antennas_for_bluetooth_low_energy_2v2.

Attached is the same for your reference. In the datasheet, it is mentioned that DXF file will be provided on request. I would need the DXF file of multiple pcb antenna, as i need to check if they can fit in my design. I request you to please provide me the DXF file for the below antenna. 1) 5.1 Full Size Printed IFA, 1 mm Substrate. 2) 6.2 Single Layer Printed IFA, 1 mm Substrate .
