Cannot burn image to 14681 custom board

Dear Dialog,

When burning image to our custom board, we can successfully connect to Jlink, but get the following error message: "[Error QSPI Flash @ ... ] Failed reading memory". I've attached the schematic diagram of our board, could you help to locate the problem? Thanks a lot!

What is the tool that you are using and you get this kind of message ? Smart Snippets tool box ? the eclipse scripts ? are you using the cli_programmer directly ? What type of flash you are using ?
