BLE read characteristic with notification

Tue, 2019-08-06 10:02--维特尔

Hi,

I am trying to configure READ characteristic with notification attribute. At the moment I can see this characteristic on android app (nRF Connect) with properties READ and NOTIFY. On android app, I can't see the possibility to subscribe this characteristic. To update value in this characteristic, I have to press read button manually.

Is there any tutorial or demo/example that shows how to configure that kind of characteristic?

Best regards,

Witold

DA14699 EVKT-Pro UART Example

Tue, 2019-07-30 03:27--kangminseon

Hi, I'm making a control device by using UART, but there's no example code for UART in DA14699.

And i followed the register setting instruction in datasheet, but it's not working now.

So only debug serial port(Serial 2) is working now by using printf function.

Could you give me some example code for UART for DA1469x like UART DMA example in DA14683?

Thanks.

Problem with SUOTA after adding custom service and characteristic

Mon, 2019-07-29 14:28--mcisek

Hi,

I'm using SDK 10.0.4.66.2 for DA1469x chip (basically I'm testing this issue also on dev board for that board). My problem is that when I'm adding my custom service with one particular characteristic the SUOTA feature stops working for me. As a result in Dialog's SUOTA application despite I see my device (I can connect to it) I cannot see any device informations (data from DIS like manufacturer, model number, firmware revision and software revision), also firmware update is not starting, staying at 0 packets send.

Demonstration for the SPI adapter for USB Kit?

Thu, 2019-07-11 07:56--toshiyo

Dear Dialog,

I am currently looking at the demonstration for the SPI adapter for the ProDK. Can I apply the code described in the demonstration towards the USB Kit or does this only apply to the ProDK?

http://lpccs-docs.dialog-semiconductor.com/da1469x_spi_adapters/demonstration_example.html

Thank you
