how to identify different reset type
hi ,dialog
we found some unexpected resets on the device.
Is there any way to identify different reset type ( POR , BOD reset , watch dog reset ,...)?

Hi dear support
Can I use a standard via as a landing pad ?
In the hardware application notes AN-B-061, they recommend 250um square landing pads.
Vias have a 200um drill hole, 125um width contact ring, total diameter 450um)
It would help me to reduce cost and increase density to use standard via right under the pins.
Thank you in advance for your response.
Hello,
I want the infrared controller to drive LED3 (connected to IR Led).
From DS I see:
- a GPIO can be configured with PID=4: UART_IRDA_TX - I suppose this is Infrared controller output/TX
- For LED3 I see: LED_CONTROL_REG (0x5000330C)
bit 2, sets the source (?) for LED3 (LED3_SRC_SEL) as PWM4 or Breathing Timer
I do not see other configs for LED3. It appears this pin is not as a normal GPIO pin for which I could set a PID(function)
So, this means I can not drive the LED3 with the IR controller ?
Thank you,
Hi Dialog,
Wanted to ask is there a way to have SUOTA enabled FW initial downloaded to a device without using the smart snippets studio and instead using smart snippets toolbox?
How would we achieve SUOTA initial programming at production level?
Hi Dialog,
sometimes we found the device down and the watch dog didn't work。
perphaps the device does not wake up anymore is because the 32.768KHz crystal oscillator (XTAL32K) stops functioning .
According to" AN-B-056 DA14681 Recovery from System Level ESD Events .pdf" , alternative solution is: using the internal RCX oscillator.
1 . If I use RCX as lp_tick , what should I need to notice and will it affect other functions such as ble advertise? And how terrible it will have a bad effect on other functions?
Hello,
I need a Linux application to update the device software over the air
Hello support!
Would you please check the Limitations related to the RF activity when using the DA1468x?
There seems to be a difference in the description depending on the document.
1) AN - B - 061 "DA1468x Application hardware design guidelines" (Page 15) has the following description.
P1_0 and P1_5 might affect radio performance .....

Hello,
Got a question regarding the response on a read long characteristic.
It seams that requesting a variable through a read long command on the gatt client side will always result in a data send by the gatt server (dialog) of 512 bytes (in chunks of 20 bytes of-course).
Hello,
We are currently developping a product for a customer based on DA14681 SoC.
Software is designed by an other company.
We would like to know what certifications have to be passed to Bluetooth SIG in the following scenarios:
