DSPS and data streaming throughput to Android

DSPS and data streaming throughput to Android

Has anyone tested the throughput achievable with these examples when interfacing with an Android phone?
We are not able to get even close to the throughput that the Dialog guys are talking about.
The highest values we got were ~ 1.6KBytes/sec for the data streaming example and ~6.2KBytes/sec for DSPS.

Hi Rony,

The results of throughput measurements are very much depending on the measurement setup and environment. Did you try to do measurements in an other location as well? Maybe there is interference from a WLAN router for example. Also have you tried using different android phones / android releases as well? This could help to pinpoint the cause for the reduced throughput.
