DA14583 does not support the Deep Sleep mode, and why?

See in data sheet Deep Sleep mode is not supported in DA14583. Why can support 14580?
Both do not have sent a built-in spiflash?

Because deep sleep wake up need to read the code from the OTP, and 583 of the code in the SPI, so I can't support.
