my team and i are developing some prototypes with Bluetooth interface.
How can we use the SDK and the DSPS source code (licensing).

The SDK and the DSPS reference design are under the same licencing (the licence that the users have to agree in order to get access to the SDK). The DSPS android and iOS application has a different licencing since its created by a third party.
