regarding production line tool XTAL Calibration Pulse pin

Dialog,

I am trying to understand below, does it mean that only if I want to use other pin (rather than p05) for XTAL Calibration, I thus need to connect "XTAL Calibration Pulse" pin ?

Hi achao1104,

You should connect the Pulse pin only if you choose another pin instead of the default P05, otherwise the UART RX pin will function as a pulse providing pin as well.
