I use the Eeprom programmer feature from SmartSnippets and since V3.2 it looks like it is not working anymore. If I program the same image with SmartSnippets V3.0 and V3.2 the calculated Image length and CRC are different if I readback the Eeprom contents. Anything changed here?

Hello Wouter, please note a new version of Smart Snippets (3.3) was put online yesterday to fix a different issue (baud rate). Let me check this one out.

I have came across the issue as well. I am using 3.4 currently. The problem from what I can tell is that during the upload of the firmware the checksum is calculated on the first 16000 bytes sent, and if the firmware is bigger the checksum can be wrong. Hope this helps.
