what's wrong with my device? Scan is Ok，But can't connected !

hi, Dialog

some of my device can't work well. I can use the APK -- BlueLoupe scan it , but when it was connected ,it disconnect immediately . The Rssi is OK（-55）。
if I reset the DA14580 the device can be scaned and connected . what wrong with it ?

Hi,

We are not aware of any such crashes. are you observing this issue on a development kit with a Dialog provided sample application?

Hi,

OK，I am not aware of any such crashes too . the device can be scaned ,but never can't be connected.
Is it a problem of firmware or hardware ?
