Works in tablet but fails in smartphone

I don't think that this is a"dialog" problem but I hope someone over there can help.
We are sending notifications (3 characteristics 20 bytes each) every 100 milliseconds .
This is 600 bytes/second
Application running on tablet handles it just fine.
When running on a smartphone it gets stuck.
Both have same android version.
Any suggestions?

What do you mean with "gets

What do you mean with "gets stuck"? Is it disconnecting or are you simply not getting the notifications?

It connects OK.

It connects OK.
It starts getting notifications and after a while it stops.
If I lower the notification rate to 2 per second then it is fine.
但不幸的是我们需要的a higher rate.
The question is what can be the difference between tablet and smartphone?
