How to use Smartsnippets to burn flash of EVKT-B?

Hello Dialog,
I tried to use Smartsnippets to burn the hex file (compiled by Keil), but it can't...
After checking the schematics of DA14580EVKT-B, it seems that its flash can be burnt by Smartsnippets. If it's not right, please let me know how to do it.

SW: Smart Snippets 3.8 Win64 Installer ,MDK5.14
HW:DA14580 basic kit-board

I have no idea about the hardware connections on your board, but I have burned one hex file into OTP successfully using JLINK interface with the help of SmartSnippets. Maybe you should refer to the doc- b - 020 - _v1.3_end产品测试和编程guidelines.
