PCB with DA14580

Hi. I am designing my first da14580 pcb and i have a a few questions about the connections i should make. My schematic is herehttp://s7.postimg.org/pfzefvpsr/Capture.png. To the shematic i have not included the rf part and the peripherals i am using.

1) Is that enough for the da14580 to work?

2)Do i need anything else except from the "programming header" in order to download my code to an external eeprom?

3)Do i need to add capacitors to my crystals?
