Antenna design for a single layer

Hi Dialog,
I want to use the DA14580 in a PCB single layer. My substrat is FR4 probably.
And i don't know what is the best antenna who don't take a lot of space.
我认为使用印制IFA,这是一个很好的choice? Where can i found a footprint of a IFA?

Our pro kit used a printed PCB antenna. you can refer to that one.
