Device DA14585-00000VV2 Collapsible or Non Collapsible type

I was looking on your Datasheet for this component (DA14585-00000VV2.) any reference that tells me if the solder balls type are collapsible or Non Collapsible type.

Could you please cofirm what type is this device? I'll appreciate your quick support on this matter.

In the meanwhile, I would recommend first checking theAN-B-054: DA14585/586 Application Hardware Design Guidelinesdocument.

Changing the device selection from DA14580 to DA14585 in your initial post.

According to the Team internally, the solder balls of the DA14585 will collapse during soldering.
