I designed circuit board that use a DA9062.
I know that DA9062 would be programed OTP for voltage regulator.
but It was too late when i recognize about this requirement.
(already i had soldering without programming in board)
so, i have a few question :
1. i want to 0.85v in buck1, buck2. so i schematic like lower picture.
-> is there a method for programming 0.85v?
2. If when i had soldering DA9062 in board without programming OTP, is there a default voltage value in buck1 and buck2?
Device:
Hello,
The DA9061/62/63 PMIC are OTP devices and need to be programmed. The devices can be programmed via the in-circuit programmer(see apps note), Avnet programming(region dependent) or by dialog. We have a high threshold for programming, so for smaller prototypes or produciton run the ICP or avnet programming is recomended.
Kind regards,
Elliott
Thanks for your reply.
You mean that i will de-soldering chip and then have to programming this chip.. right?
So, i am looking for ICP kit. and found 'https://www.avnet.com/shop/us/products/dialog-semiconductor/da9061-2-3-i...'
I think this device is ICP kit. But kit stock is 0. So i can not purchase this kit.
Could you recommend site address for puchasing ICP kit?
Hello,
The ICP will not require the device to be de-soldered. The Avnet programming service would require you to remove the unprogrammed part nad replace it with the programmed.
We have stock of the ICP board, so you should be able to purchase it via Avnet.
Kind regards,
Elliott
I think this gadget is ICP unit. Be that as it may, pack stock is 0. So I can not buy this pack.Tellpizzahut
