Hi there.. thanks for coming to the forums. Exciting news! we’re now in the process of moving to our new forum platform that will offer better functionality and is contained within the main Dialog website. All posts and accounts have been migrated. We’re now accepting traffic on the new forum only - please POST any new threads at//www.xmece.com/support. We’ll be fixing bugs / optimising the searching and tagging over the coming days.
I couldn't find a recommended PCB footprint for PN: DA14585-00000AT2 on the Dialog website or in the datasheet. Is one available? Also, is there a 3D model (STEP file) available for the part?
Has someone from Dialog verified that the PCB footprint from SnapEDA is correct? I'm accustomed to finding a recommended footprint in either the chip datasheet or their website. I've found mistakes at times in footprints from these types of EDA vendors in the past and preferred to avoid using them. Also, they don't have a 3D model for the chip available. I checked out the 3D model available from the Ultra Librarian EDA tool and found that it wasn't modeled properly against the package dimensions published in the datasheet.
Hi There,
Thanks for your question online. Schematic symbols and PCB footprints for DA14585-00000AT2 are available on the SnapEDA website!

After signing up, you should be able to download these in just about any format (Altium, Orcad, Eagle etc) for free!
Thanks, PM_Dialog
