据我了解,在深度睡眠模式下possible to also power off the SysRAM to save more power and then program the SoC so that the OTP (One-Time Programmable) is instructed to automatically get mirrored into RAM upon every wake up.
Although more power efficient especially for long advertising intervals, I was wondering what would be the effect in the long run of having the application being mirrored again and again into RAM at every wakeup.
Is there a guaranteed number of read/write operations for the SysRAM?
Thanks

Hi posciamelo,
There isn’t any guaranteed number of read/write operations for the SysRAM. This has meaning for the non-volatile memories (SPI Flash, EEPROM, etc. ).
