I have a DA14585 IoT Multi-Sensor Development Kit, I am able to run example code using Booter of smartsnippets tool and also in debug mode, but when i flash the code (ex: multi_smart_tag_585.bin) in flash memory, it is not working, but the code is flashed successfully. I didn't give any offset.

Can you please check if you make the device bootable? Before burning the SPI flash with the firmware, you should make the device bootable?

Apologies for the confusion – you should note make it bootable explicitly from the Toolbox. The specific binary is already bootable. I took a look at the DA14585_IOTP\v6.160.4\bin_v6.160.4\multi_smart_tag_585.bin and I replicated this.
Can you boot from FLASH using any other project, or this issue exists only with the multi_smart_tag_585.bin? The multi_smart_tag_585.bin is for the SUOTA feature.
