我的背景cuit as attached, it works well and it can transmit data when connected.
but I measured the voltage on Pin 31, it is 1.4V instead of something like 3.3V.
Can you hlep to analysis what's the reason? any mistake on my circuit design?

VDCDC_RF is connected to VDCDC that output 1.4v by default.
Both the the VDCDC_RF and VDCDC are the power supplierS of the internal LDOs.
