No one contacted me from

No one contacted me from local team yet.

We need you to verify some of the settings for below ERM motor we are using.

http://www.vibration-motor.com/wp-content/themes/vibration-motors/dk-pdf/products/download/C1020B111F.pdf

As per note on page 26, For ERM this value will signify the frequency of BEMF sensing; if more frequent updates are required, the value can be increased up to 300 Hz.

So, we chose 300 Hz because the documentation says up to, implying the maximum. But, with 300 Hz we are getting OCP and ADC errors. We found that we can actually set the BEMF sensing up to 10Khz. Once we do this, all the OCP and ADC errors go away with the help of changing impedance as well.

The document also states to set the impedance for a single winding of the ERM, if it is a coin, which is the 31 Ohms we have been using from the spec sheet above.

Set the V2I factor using the single winding impedance, see Section 5.6.2 (page 41 of specsheet)

If we set 31 Ohms, with 10Khz BEMF sense rate, we get OCP trips. Also, the motor average voltage is around 4 V (for VDD=5V). If we switch back to 59 Ohms (compose posture), the average voltage is approximately nominal. Also, with 59, we can set the driver to drive at 50% and it is approximately ½ nominal.

你能评论这些设置吗? Does it make sense? Why those settings differ from spec sheet.

Thanks,

Hi THere, can you confirm

Hi THere, can you confirm someone from local team has now been in touch ? Thanks JE_Dialog (I checked with our US team who indicate te=hey have made contact).
