DA14531 Hibernation Wakeup

I set my DA14531 to Hibernation mode. I turn off RAM1,2 and keep RAM3 is on. I only remap Addr0 to OTP. But I founded that it can`t boot immediately after wakeup. The system will stuck 3 seconds and then boot again.

所以,我需要manually configure SYS_CTRL_REG[OTP_COPY]=1 before enter Hibernation mode? Or I need to remap to ROM,but not OTP?

Please take a look atDA14531 Sleep Mode Tutorial (HTML)tutorial from the DA14531 support portal. In section 6, you will find detailed steps for configuring the device in hibernation mode. To enter the hibernation after booting from OTP, please refer to section 6.3. Please follow this tutorial and let me know.

I have followed the tutorial, but when I choose REMAP_TO_OTP, there will be about 3 seconds of dead time after burning OTP to wake up again. But changing to REMAP_TO_ROM does not have this problem (my code has been burned in OTP, not in external flash)

Can you please indicate how you are verifying the statement that “there will be about 3 seconds of dead time after burning OTP”. Ideally when it is REMAP_TO_OTP, it should boot from OTP and work. Would it be possible to use the Power Profiler from the SmartSnippets Toolbox and share a capture?
