SmartSnippets_Studio_v2.0.10.1468_windows Installer unusable

Hi,

I have trouble running "SmartSnippets_Studio_v2.0.10.1468_windows" installer from DA14531 subpage. Using latest Windows 10 Enterprise.

It simply hangs on "Preparing to install" doing nothing, CPU usage of that process is minimal.

安装其他的所以我没有遇到任何问题ftware on my PC.

Hi There, do you get to the front installer screen at all ?( as in the attached picture).

Did you have any previous versions of smart snippets studio installed ?

I've just run through the install process again from start to finish which worked .

I don't get to that screen. It's just stuck in "Preparing to install" as mentioned.

I do not have any other SSS installed.

I understand it works on your machine, and probably some others, but I'd also expect there are users with some particular configuration like me that are struggling with the same problem.

Can you please share your OS details like the Version, current release you are on etc., and we will check internally if we can replicate the fault that you are seeing and check if there is any inherenet issue with the msi/exe.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 1903

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 1903 with latest 12.2019 updates installed.

I got the dev kit to work under Keil 5, so I stopped trying to install SmartSnippets whatsoever.
